&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por haberse intentado la notificación sin que ésta se haya podido llevar a cabo y al amparo de lo previsto en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de Noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, mediante el presente anuncio se notifica a los interesados relatados más abajo el acuerdo del Pleno de la Corporación, de fecha 29 de Noviembre de 2004, que a continuación se transcribe íntegramente, y las cuotas de urbanización individuales derivadas de este acuerdo que corresponde a cada uno de ellos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“ A continuación se da cuenta del expediente en trámite para la ejecución del Proyecto “Finalización de la urbanización de la zona consolidada PLAF-1 Playas de Fornells” por el sistema de cooperación, que fue incluido en su dia dentro del Pla Mirall. El Consistorio en sesión del dia 29 de Noviembre de 1999, acordó la aprobación inicial del sistema de cooperación, los módulos de reparto, aprobó el padrón de propietarios e inmuebles incluidos en el ámbito de la unidad de actuación, y las cuotas de urbanización provisionales correspondientes a cada inmueble y propietario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El coste total de proyecto, incluidos los gastos de honorarios de redacción y dirección, subía a 176.234.700 pesetas ( 1.059.191,88 euros), de cuyo importe el Govern Balear aportaba 74.095.841 pesetas ( 445.324,97 euros), por lo que tenía que distribuirse entre los propietarios la cantidad de 102.138.859 pesetas (613.866,91 euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sometido el expediente a información pública, se han presentado 14 alegaciones, que han recibido el informe de los Servicios Técnicos y Jurídicos; que han emitido la siguiente propuesta de Resolución…&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vez finalizadas las obras, el presupuesto total, honorarios incluidos, ascendió a la cantidad de 851.678,32 euros (141.707.349 pesetas) del cuyo importe el Govern Balear aportó mediante el Pla Mirall 355.374,52 euros (59.129.345 pesetas); queda, por lo tanto, como coste final a repartir entre los propietarios la cantidad de 496.303,80 euros (82.578.004 pesetas), lo que significa una disminución de más de un 19 %&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;…&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto lo anterior y el dictamen favorable de la Comisión de Hacienda, que propone un plazo para pagar en período voluntario de 3 meses, desde la recepción de la notificación, el consistorio por 8 votos a favor y 2 abstenciones del grupo UCN, aporta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Resolver las alegaciones aceptándolas y rechazándolas según la propuesta que figura en el informe técnico y jurídico, copia del cual consta en el expediente y se remitirá a las personas que han hecho las alegaciones junto con la notificación de este acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Aprobar definitivamente el sistema de cooperación para la ejecución del Proyecto de Finalización de la Urbanización de la Zona Consolidada PLAF-1 de Playas de Fornells, con los mismos módulos y sistemas de reparto que se habían aprobado inicialmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Aprobar definitivamente el padrón individualizado de contribuyentes y propietarios, repartir entre los interesados la cantidad de 496.303,80 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Notificar estos acuerdos a los interesados y señalar un plazo de 3 meses desde la recepción de la notificación para que cada propietario pueda abonar en periodo voluntario el resultado de la liquidación practicada; una vez acabado este plazo, ser recaudará por vía ejecutiva.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo indicado en el punto 4º del acuerdo transcrito, se notifica a los interesados que disponen de un periodo de 3 meses, contadores desde la publicación del presente anuncio, para proceder al pago, en periodo voluntario, de la cuota que les corresponda del resultado de la liquidación que, según los datos contenidos en el padrón individualizado aprobado, son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
