 &lt;h3&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOY FE Y TESTIMONIO:&lt;strong&gt;Que&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; en el Juicio de Faltas 422/12 se ha dictado la presente sentencia, que en su encabezamiento y parte dispositiva dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h3&gt; 
 &lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;S E N T E N C I A&amp;nbsp; 320/2012&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA a treinta y uno de Octubre de dos mil doce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vistos por mí, D. TOMÁS MÉNDEZ LÓPEZ,&amp;nbsp; Magistrado-Juez de Refuerzo del Juzgado de Instrucción nº 8 de Palma y su partido, los presentes autos del &lt;strong&gt;Juicio de Faltas nº 422/2012&lt;/strong&gt; incoados por la comisión de una presunta falta de HURTO, siendo denunciante, OLGA PARRA JUAN, y denunciado, LUIS ANTONIO LÓPEZ GIL, habiendo intervenido como acusación el Ministerio Fiscal, y en su representación Dña. Dolores Rodríguez, procedo a dictar la siguiente resolución, basándome para ello en los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;h3 style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;FALLO&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h3&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que debo &lt;strong&gt;CONDENAR&lt;/strong&gt; y &lt;strong&gt;CONDENO&lt;/strong&gt; a LUIS ANTONIO LÓPEZ GIL, como autor responsable de una falta de hurto a la pena de dos meses de multa a razón de una cuota diaria de 6 euros (360 euros), y a que indemnice a Olga Parra Juan en la suma de 132 euros, con una responsabilidad personal subsidiaria de un día de privación de libertad por cada dos cuotas diarias de multa no satisfechas, previa excusión de sus bienes, y se le condena al abono de las costas causadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Notifíquese esta sentencia a las partes, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma, cabe interponer Recurso de Apelación en el plazo de los 5 días siguientes al en que se notifique esta resolución y que se formalizará conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 795 y 796 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que conste y sirva de Notificación de Sentencia A LUIS ANTONIO LOPEZ GIL, actualmente paradero desconocido, y su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de LAS ISLAS BALEARES, expido la presente en PALMA DE MALLORCA a 15 DE NOVIEMBRE DE DOS MIL DOCE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; EL/LA SECRETARIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
