&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por no haber podido efectuar la notificación en el domicilio que figura en el expediente que, a continuación se relacionan, no haber contestado a los avisos dejados y no tener conocimiento de ningún otro donde llevarlos a cabo, por el presente edicto se notifica que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Como consecuencia de la denuncia formulada i comprobada por la Policía Local correspondiente, por anomalías sanitarias por la existencia de anomalías higiénico sanitarias (suciedad, basura...),&amp;nbsp; de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 84 de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre del Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, en la redacción que le da la Ley 4/99, se le concedió el plazo que determina la Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo Común (B.O.E. 285, de 27 de noviembre de 1.992) para formular las alegaciones y presentar los documentos que considere oportunos; no obstante, al haber transcurrido el plazo sin que se haya hecho ninguna alegación, es por lo que, y previo a la resolución del expediente, se le concede una nueva audiencia, al objeto de que, en el plazo de diez días contados a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente edicto se puedan formular las alegaciones que se consideren oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
