&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; 1.Las persones y las entidades que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución han presentado a la Consejería de Turismo y Deportes una solicitud de subvención para facilitar los desplazamientos entre islas de la comunidad autónoma para asistir&amp;nbsp; a las competiciones oficiales de los diferentes calendarios federativos.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; 2. El Servicio de Administración Deportiva de la Dirección General de Deportes ha examinado las solicitudes y ha desestimado &amp;nbsp;la concesión de la subvención, por los motivos que se especifican en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; 1. El artículo 21.4 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones &amp;nbsp;(BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005), dispone que la resolución, que finaliza el procedimiento de concesión de subvención, se tiene que notificar individualmente o mediante publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con lo que se dispone en la convocatoria.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; 2. La Orden&amp;nbsp; de la Consejera de Presidencia&amp;nbsp; y Deportes &amp;nbsp;de 15 de septiembre de 2003 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de subvenciones de la Consejería de Presidencia y Deportes &amp;nbsp;(BOIB núm. 137, de 2 de octubre de 2003)&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; 3. La Resolución del Consejero de Turismo y Deportes de 21 de diciembre de 2011 (BOIB núm. 194, de 29 de diciembre de 2011)&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; 4. La propuesta de resolución de denegación del Servicio de Administración Deportiva de la Dirección General de Deportes de 29 de octubre de 2012.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; Por todo lo expuesto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Resolución &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; 1. Denegar la concesión de una subvención, para facilitar los desplazamientos entre las islas de la comunidad autónoma para poder asistir a las competiciones oficiales de los diferentes calendarios federativos, a las personas o entidades que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución, por los motivos que igualmente figuran en el anexo 1.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; 2. Ordenar la publicación de esta Resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; Interposición de recursos&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; Contra esta Resolución – que pone fin a la vía administrativa – se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Consejero de Turismo y Deportes en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 117 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, y con el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente a la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/p&gt;
