&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las personas interesadas que dispone de un plazo de quince días, a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de esta Resolución, para que alegue y presente los documentos y justificaciones que estime pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Asimismo, se informa a la persona interesada que el expediente se encuentra a su disposición en las oficinas de Dirección General de Comercio y Empresa de la Vicepresidencia Económica, de Promoción Empresarial y de Ocupación (Pl. de Son Castelló, 1, Palma), de lunes a viernes, de 9.00 a 14.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por otro lado, se informa que el plazo máximo para notificar la resolución expresa es de 12 meses que se contarán a partir del día siguiente a aquel en que tenga lugar la notificación de esta Resolución de inicio y que la falta de notificación en este plazo da lugar a la caducidad del procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
