&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;que el Ayuntamiento dará de baja de oficio por inscripción indebida en el padrón municipal de habitantes por incumplir los requisitos establecidos en el art. 54 del Reglamento de Población y Demarcación Territorial de las Entidades Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se concede un período de quince dias desde el dia siguiente a la publicación del presente edicto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares por manifestar si esta o no de acuerdo con la baja, pudiendo alegar y presentar los documentos y justificaciones que crea oportunos, al objeto de acreditar que és en este municipio en el que reside el mayor número de dias al año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
