    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera, en la sesión ordinaria de día 30 de octubre de 2012, aprobó el pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares que han de regir la adjudicación, mediante procedimiento abierto, oferta económicamente más ventajosa, varios criterios de adjudicación, y tramitación ordinaria, del contrato de obras relativas al &amp;quot;Proyecto de carril cicloturístico Son Servera - Costa de los Pinos tramo III: calle delante s&amp;apos;Hort, entre Ciudad Laurel y Son Floriana. Término municipal de Son Servera. Mallorca &amp;quot;, por lo cual y en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 188.3 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, se expone al público durante el plazo de diez días naturales contados a partir del siguiente al de la inserción de este anuncio en el BOIB, para que se puedan presentar reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Simultáneamente se anuncia la licitación, para la presentación de proposiciones, si bien la licitación se aplazará, cuando resulte necesario, en el supuesto que se formulen reclamaciones contra el mencionado pliego de cláusulas administrativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El plazo se expresará en meses o semanas, en ningún caso en fracciones de tiempo inferiores. El plazo de ejecución contemplará únicamente el tiempo de ejecución de la obra, no incluirá en ningún caso los posibles paros en temporada de verano exigidas por la administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se asignará hasta un máximo de 20 puntos en función de la reducción del plazo ofertado, que se asignarán por interpolación lineal entre el plazo especificado en el apartado correspondiente de este pliego (al que se asignarán 0 puntos), y el plazo mínimo de las ofertas admitidas en aplicación de los apartados anteriores (al que se asignarán 20 puntos). Su justificación se evaluará en el apartado del programa constructivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Mejoras en la ejecución de la obra. Hasta un máximo de 20 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se asignará la puntuación máxima (hasta un máximo de 20 puntos) en la mejora más importante evaluada económicamente, aplicándose proporcionalmente la puntuación a las restantes ofertas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
