&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Llubí, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 15 de octubre de 2012, a propuesta de la regidor de Economía, Hacienda y Urbanismo, aprueba inicialmente el expediente 7/2012 de modificación de créditos dentro del Presupuesto Municipal de 2012, por suplemento de créditos con cargo al Remanente de Tesorería disponible del ejercicio anterior. Queda expuesto al público por plazo de quince días hábiles, a contar del siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio al BOIB, durante los cuales podrá ser examinado en la Secretaría del Ayuntamiento y presentarse las reclamaciones que se estimen pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si no se formula ninguna reclamación, el expediente se entenderá aprobado definitivamente, por haber sido así dispuesto al acuerdo de aprobación inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El que se hace público en cumplimiento del que disponen los arte. 169 y 177.2 del Real decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
