&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Para hacer constar que en fecha de hoy, 7 de noviembre de 2012, y en cuanto a la ausencia del alcalde presidente el día 8 de noviembre de 2012, se ha dictado el siguiente Decreto de Alcaldía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;&amp;quot;Decreto núm. 1307/2012&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;José Barrientos Ruiz, Alcalde Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera (Islas Baleares).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Por la presente y de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 47 del RD 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, y por motivo de ausencia,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;R E S O L C:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; - Delegar a favor del primer teniente de alcalde, Antoni Servera Servera, el ejercicio de las funciones y atribuciones propias de esta Alcaldía, el día 8 de noviembre de 2012&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. - Esta delegación se publicará en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día 8 de noviembre de 2012, y será comunicada al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
