    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Ayuntamiento en Pleno, en sesión celebrada el día 30/10/2012, ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;DISOLUCIÓN DEL CONSORCIO PLANO D-ES CASTELL. INTEGRACIÓN EN EL NUEVO CONSORCIO DE INFRAESTRUCTURAS DE LAS ISLAS BALERS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;PRIMERO.- Ratificar los acuerdos de disolución del Consorcio Plano D des Castell, adoptado por la Junta Rectora del Consorcio Plano D - Es Castell, a los efectos del que prevé el artículo 16.3 de los Estatutos del Consorcio Plano D - Es Castell, que, en concreto, fueron los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“1.º Aprobar la disolución del Consorcio Plano D - des Castillo por integración en el Consorcio de Infraestructuras de las Islas Baleares, creado por acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno en sesión de día 21 de septiembre de 2012 (BOIB núm. 140, de 25 de septiembre de 2012), sin perjuicio de la ratificación por parte de las entidades consorciadas, de acuerdo con el que prevé el artículo 16.3 de los Estatutos del Consorcio Plano D - Es Castell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.º Acordar que todos los bienes, derechos y obligaciones del Consorcio Plano D - des Castell se integren en el nuevo Consorcio de Infraestructuras de las Islas Baleares, a la fecha de ratificación de la disolución del Consorcio Plano D des Castillo por parte del Consejo de Gobierno de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.º Las cuentas anuales del ejercicio 2012 del Consorcio Plano D des Castell, a fecha 31 de octubre de 2012, una vez auditados y aprobados por la Junta Rectora del Consorcio Plano D des Castell, serán las cuentas de integración en el Consorcio de Infraestructuras de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.º Facultar al Presidente del Consorcio, como órgano de gobierno y de gestión, a llevar a cabo todos los trámites tendentes a la disolución y efectiva extinción del Consorcio Plano D des Castillo para su integración en el Consorcio de Infraestructuras de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.º Notificar estos acuerdos a los interesados, y en especial en el Ayuntamiento des Castillo, a la Consejería de Turismo y Deportes, a los efectos de su ratificación, de acuerdo con el que prevé el artículo 16.3 de los Estatutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.º Ordenar la publicación de estos acuerdos al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;SEGUNDO.- Integrarse en el Consorcio de infraestructuras de las Islas Baleares, creado por acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno del día 21 de septiembre de 2012 (BOIB núm. 140, del 25/09/2012), en los términos previstos en sus Estatutos, que a la vez se aprueban.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;TERCERO.- Notificar estos acuerdos a la Consejería de Turismo y Deportes del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;QUART.- Ordenar la publicación de estos acuerdos al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;QUINTO.- En conformidad con el que dispone el art. 15, apartados 4 y 6, de los Estatutos del Consorcio de infraestructuras de las Islas Baleares, nombrar como representantes del municipio des Castillo a la Asamblea General del Consorcio de infraestructuras de las Islas Baleares los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Titular: Sr. José Luis Camps Pons, Alcalde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Suplentes: Sr. Jaime Fedelich Carretero, 1.º teniente de alcalde de Turismo, Comercio y Personal. Sra. Matilde Mamajon López, regidora, 4.º Teniente de alcalde de asuntos sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;SEXTO.- Elevar una petición en el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares que regule, al ámbito de la legislación básica local, la celebración de vídeo-conferencias para la celebración de las sesiones y actuaciones municipales y de los consorcios locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
