&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 105.2 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico y procedimiento administrativo común, se procede a la publicación integra del anuncio de Aprobación de la Creación de la Comisión Municipal de Patrimonio y Urbanismo del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu así como la Aprobación de su Reglamento Regulador, publicado en el BOIB núm. 165 de fecha 06 de noviembre del 2012 (anuncio 19755)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Publicado en el BOIB núm. 128 de 30 de agosto de 2012 el acuerdo del Pleno de 26 de julio de 2012 de aprobación de la creación de la Comisión Municipal de Patrimonio y Urbanismo del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu así como la aprobación de su reglamento regulador, sin que transcurrido el plazo de exposición pública se hayan interpuesto reclamaciones acontece aprobado definitivamente este acuerdo de forma automática.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por todo ello se publica a los efectos del artículo 70.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local y 103 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;REGLAMENTO DE LA COMISIÓN MUNICIPAL DE PATRIMONIO Y URBANISMO DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SANTA EULÀRIA DES RIU&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 1. Constitución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu constituye la Comisión municipal de Patrimonio y Urbanismo como órgano consultivo integrado dentro del área IV, Administración Territorial, que ejercerá las funciones de informe y asesoramiento con carácter preceptivo y no vinculante al Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu en materia de patrimonio y urbanismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 2. Régimen jurídico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En aquello no establecido en el presente Reglamento será de aplicación lo dispuesto en el Capítulo II, Título II de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 3. Funciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.1. El objeto de la comisión municipal de patrimonio y urbanismo es la emisión de informe y asesoramiento en relación con las obras y actuaciones que se ejecuten sobre los bienes protegidos y otros elementos integrantes del catálogo municipal de Patrimonio Histórico Artístico, así como, en general, sobre los inmuebles anteriores a 1.956. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se tendrá que examinar puntualmente, caso por caso, y decidir la conveniencia de las intervenciones que se pretendan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Así mismo podrá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Informar de manera favorable, desfavorable o condicionada, proponer incorporaciones o bajas de bienes al catálogo, si las circunstancias objetivas, siempre de orden patrimonial, así lo requieren.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Emitir pronunciamientos sobre soluciones y alternativas técnicas que en materia de edificación y usos puedan plantearse en la protección del patrimonio histórico artístico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Proponer el mantenimiento de aquellos valores que se estimen relevantes de la fachada de los edificios cuando considere que las soluciones presentadas no sean acordes con el entorno o ambiente urbano, o lo distorsionen gravemente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) Recomendar soluciones para la mejora de las condiciones de estética urbana o de habitabilidad que no supongan merma del aprovechamiento urbanístico patrimonializable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.2. La Comisión municipal de Patrimonio y Urbanismo tendrá por objeto, además, el informe sobre las dudas que se susciten en relación con la interpretación de las normas urbanísticas de las Normas Subsidiarias de Planeamiento del municipio de Santa Eulària des Riu en los términos establecidos a los artículos 1.1.04 y 1.1.05.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Para ello, emitirán informe tecnicojurídico sobre los asuntos los cuales le sean planteados en el que constarán las posibles alternativas de interpretación y que será elevado a la corporación municipal para que decida cuál es la correcta, la cual se incorporará a partir de aquí como circular aclaratoria de las Normas Subsidiarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Podrán proponer la unificación de criterios técnicos de general aplicación y alcanos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cuando las consultas de planeamiento formuladas por cualquier ciudadano o la expedición de cédulas urbanísticas supongan el esclarecimiento de aspectos contradictorios de las determinaciones del planeamiento, la Comisión emitirá informe tecnicojurídico que será sometido al órgano municipal competente, que resolverá la cuestión interpretativa mediante un dictamen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 4. Composición&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La composición de la Comisión municipal de Patrimonio y Urbanismo será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Presidente: el Alcalde-Presidente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vicepresidente: El regidor delegado de urbanismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vocales: Los vocales serán técnicos con la calificación técnica adecuada y serán designados por el sr. Alcalde atendiendo a los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Al menos un técnico con titulación de arquitecto superior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Al menos un técnico con titulación de arquitecto técnico o ingeniero de edificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Al menos un técnico con titulación de licenciatura en historia o historia del arte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Al menos un técnico con titulación de licenciado en derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Miembros invitados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Igualmente el Presidente, atendiendo los asuntos a tratar en cada sesión de la comisión, podrá invitar a asistir a personas que, sin tener relación ni dependencia municipal, tengan una reconocida calificación los cuales tendrán derecho de voz pero sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Secretario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Actuará como Secretario de la Comisión municipal de Patrimonio y Urbanismo la Secretaria General del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 5. Obligaciones de los miembros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.1. Todos los miembros de la Comisión tendrán designado un suplente. En caso de ausencia o enfermedad y, en general, por cualquier causa justificada, los miembros titulares de la Comisión serán sustituidos, en su caso, por los suplentes designados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.2. Corresponde al Vicepresidente las funciones de sustitución y colaboración al ejercicio de las funciones del Presidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.3. Todos los miembros de la Comisión tendrán que guardar el sigilo necesario sobre las deliberaciones que tengan lugar en la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 6. Régimen de sesiones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.1 Las sesiones de la Comisión municipal de Patrimonio y Urbanismo se celebrarán en la sede del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.2. El Presidente, Vicepresidente y Vocales asistirán a las sesiones de la Comisión con voz y voto. Los miembros invitados y la Secretaria asistirán a las sesiones con voz pero sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.3. En las sesiones se promoverá la toma de decisiones por consenso. Si este no se pudiera dar, las decisiones se adoptarán por mayoría simple. El Presidente dirimirá con voto de calidad los empates en las votaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.4. La Comisión funcionará en régimen de sesiones ordinarias y extraordinarias. Las ordinarias tendrán una periodicidad trimestral. Las extraordinarias serán convocadas expresamente con tal carácter por el Presidente cuando lo estime oportuno por razones de urgencia, por la trascendencia de los asuntos a tratar o por su excesiva acumulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.5. La convocatoria ordinaria se efectuará con dos días de antelación a la sesión por la Secretaria por orden del Presidente así como la citación de los miembros de la Comisión, fijando claramente el día y la hora de cada sesión. La convocatoria irá acompañada del orden del día señalado por el Presidente teniendo en cuenta, en su caso, las peticiones de los otros miembros de la Comisión formuladas con la suficiente antelación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.6. Cuando los vocales quieran someter al estudio de la Comisión asuntos que no hayan sido incluidos en el orden del día, el Presidente, con la ratificación de la mayoría de los miembros presentes de la Comisión, podrá incluirlos en el orden del día siempre que concurran razones de urgencia o especial interés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.7. Se podrán retirar asuntos incluidos en el orden del día si se considera necesaria una visita de inspección por parte de los componentes de la Comisión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.7. La sesión se considerará válidamente constituida con la presencia del Presidente y la Secretaría, o de quien los sustituya, y de la mitad al menos de los vocales con voz y voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 7. Actas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.1. De cada sesión se levantará acta por la Secretaria de la Comisión en la cual se relacionarán los asuntos tratados según el orden del día y, sucintamente, el carácter del pronunciamiento recaído en cada asunto. El acta recogerá, igualmente, de forma expresa, el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales por la válida constitución y adopción de los acuerdos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.2 Acompañarán al acta, como anexo, los informes de la Comisión sobre cada uno de los asuntos tratados en el orden del día, en los cuales se motivará razonadamente el sentido de cada propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.3. Tanto el acta como los informes serán firmados por el Presidente y la Secretaria de la Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Disposición final única&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El presente Reglamento, el cual ha sido aprobado por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión celebrada el día 26 de julio de 2012, entrará en vigor el mismo día que se publique íntegramente en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, y hayan transcurrido los plazos establecidos en el artículo 70 en relación con el art. 65.2 de la Ley 7/85, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
