&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;ASUNTO: NOMBRAMIENTO DE ALCALDE ACCIDENTAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;Atendido que he de ausentarme del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, desde el día 05 de noviembre de 2012 hasta el dia 08 del mismo mes, de conformidad con el artículo 47 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las entidades locales RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;Que durante los días 05 de noviembre de 2012, hasta el 08 del mismo mes, ambos inclusive, me sustituía en todas mis funciones el primer teniente de alcalde, Sr. Vicente Juan Torres Ribas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;Así lo dispongo, que se notifique al Sr. Vicente Juan Torres Ribas, que se dé cuenta en el próximo pleno a celebrar i se publique en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad a partir del período antes señalado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, serif"&gt;Lo manda i firma la Sra. Alcaldesa, M. Nieves Marí Marí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
