La Vicepresidencia Económica, de Promoción Empresarial y de Ocupación, comunicó que no se podía desafectar y desadscribir toda vez que había un proyecto de construcción que antes dependía de la Consejería de Economía y Hacienda y en la actual configuración pasa a depender de la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. La Dirección General de Patrimonio, Contratos y Obras Públicas, no disponiendo de la información suficiente y por tanto, por error, desafectó y desadcribió la citadas parcelas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Con el fin de regularizar la situación, se procede a una nueva adscripción, a la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades, que es el órgano competente del proyecto de construcción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Simultáneamente, se está procediendo a la anulación de la declaración de alienabilidad, que también se produjo por error. Con todo ello se da normalidad y se regulariza la situación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El artículo 88 c de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del Patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 49, de 24 de abril 2001), y el resto de disposiciones aplicables concordantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Los artículos 29, 154, 156 y concordantes del Decreto 127/2005, de 16 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de despliegue de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del Patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, en virtud de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 88 de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Afectar y adscribir las parcelas abajo reseñadas a la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
