&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No habiendo podido notificar a las personas interesadas el acuerdo de iniciación de expedientes sancionadores por presuntas infracciones en materia de residuos, en cumplimiento de lo que dispone el articulo 59.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, modificada por la Ley 4/119, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, se procede a la notificación, haciendo constar que el interesado disponen de un plazo de quince días hábiles, contando a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de esta notificación, para formular las alegaciones y presentar la documentación que estimen pertinente de acuerdo con lo que se prevé en el artículo 84 de la Ley 30/1992. Transcurrido este plazo sin formular alegaciones ni presentar documentación sobre el acuerdo de iniciación, este podrá considerarse como propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
