    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Mediante acuerdo del Pleno de la Corporación Municipal, celebrado el día 26 de julio de 2012, se aprobó&amp;nbsp; inicialmente el Reglamento del Consejo Local de Seguridad de Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Dicho acuerdo aparece publicado en el BOIB Núm. 117, de 14 de agosto de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Acabado el plazo de exposición pública sin haberse presentado alegaciones, el acuerdo hasta la fecha inicial, se entiende definitivamente aprobado, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el art. 49 de la Ley 7/85, por lo que se publica el texto íntegro del &lt;strong&gt;Reglamento del Consejo Local de Seguridad de Sant Josep de sa Talaia,&lt;/strong&gt; que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;“Artículo 1. &lt;em&gt;Constitución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;El Consejo Local de Seguridad se constituye con objeto de lograr la máxima participación ciudadana en la mejora de los niveles de seguridad pública, conforme señala el artículo 13, del RD 1087/2010, de 03 de Septiembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento que regula las Juntas Locales de Seguridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Art. 2. &lt;em&gt;Objetivos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Son objetivos del Consejo Local de Seguridad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Promover y facilitar la corresponsabilización de los ciudadanos en la formulación de las políticas de seguridad y su posterior seguimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Profundizar en la cooperación de las fuerzas de seguridad con los ciudadanos y sus movimientos asociativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Posibilitar un mayor acercamiento de la Administración de la Seguridad Pública al Ciudadano y una mayor agilización en el funcionamiento de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Art. 3. &lt;em&gt;Funciones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Son funciones del Consejo Local de Seguridad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Ejercer funciones consultivas y de asesoramiento al Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia&amp;nbsp; en el diseño de las políticas de seguridad adecuadas a las características y situación del momento, lugar y realidad del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Estudiar los referentes más significativos que giran en tomo a la seguridad ciudadana, promoviendo estudios de comportamiento y análisis de situaciones que permitan operar sobre circunstancias concretas y valorables a los miembros de los Cuerpos de Seguridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Efectuar seguimiento de aquellas facetas que puedan perturbar la serena convivencia ciudadana (xenofobia, violencia de género, violencia escolar, evolución de la delincuencia, etcétera) para prevenir conflictos y peligros que puedan poner en riesgo al conjunto de los ciudadanos y a los valores más esenciales de la sociedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Recibir información sobre la evolución de los fenómenos que afectan a la seguridad ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Participar en la programación anual de los servicios de seguridad del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, realizando las correspondientes sugerencias que serán analizadas, previa consulta, debate y propuesta por la Junta Local de Seguridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Proponer programas y actividades que supongan la concienciación y colaboración por parte de la ciudadanía en materia de seguridad ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;A estos efectos, podrá emitir los correspondientes informes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Art. 4. &lt;em&gt;Composición.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;1. La composición del Consejo Local de Seguridad será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Presidente: el/la Alcalde/Alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Vicepresidente: El/la concejal responsable de Interior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/una representante de cada grupo político municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;El jefe de la Policía Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Guardia Civil &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Delegación de Gobierno en Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Asociación de Vecinos de sa Raval&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Asociación de Vecinos de Cala Tarida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Asociación de Vecinos des Cubells&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Asociación de Vecinos de Cala Vedella&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Asociación de Vecinos de Cala de Bou&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Asociación de Vecinos de San Agustín&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Asociación de Vecinos del Barrio de Can Fita&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Asociación de Vecinos de Sant Jordi de ses Salines&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Asociación de Vecinos des Rafal Trobat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Asociación de Comerciantes y Empresarios de Playa d’en Bossa de San José.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Asociación de Concesionarios de Playas del Municipio de San José. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante de la Asociación Bahía Negocios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Un/a representante del Consejo Escolar Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Actuará como secretario/a del Consejo el/la técnico/a o administrativo/a municipal que designe el secretario del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Podrán ser invitadas a formar parte del Consejo aquellas entidades o personas que éste estime necesarias en relación con algún asunto concreto a mantener en el orden del día. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Art. 5. &lt;em&gt;Periodicidad.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;El Consejo Local de Seguridad celebrará sesión ordinaria una vez cada seis meses y siempre que vaya a tener lugar una Junta Local de Seguridad a efectos de hacer las oportunas sugerencias y/o propuestas a las que se refiere el artículo tercero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Se reunirá con carácter extraordinario cuando el/la presidente/a lo considere necesario o sea solicitado por un tercio de sus miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Art. 6. &lt;em&gt;Convocatorias.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;La convocatoria de las sesiones ordinarias del Consejo Local de Seguridad se cursará con una antelación mínima de una semana y las extraordinarias con una antelación mínima de cuarenta y ocho horas, acompañadas del orden del día, en que se fijarán los asuntos a tratar en cada reunión y las actas de las anteriores reuniones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Art. 7. &lt;em&gt;Acuerdos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Las sesiones se celebrarán en primera convocatoria, siempre que concurran la mayoría absoluta de sus miembros, y en segunda convocatoria, media hora después, si asisten, al menos, el presidente o concejal en quien delegue y el 25 por 100 de los componentes del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Dado el carácter consultivo del Consejo, se buscará que los acuerdos y decisiones lo sean por consenso. En caso de que sea preciso, los acuerdos se adoptarán por mayoría simple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;En caso de empate decidirá el voto de calidad del/de la presidente/a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Sólo se podrán tratar asuntos no incluidos en el orden del día cuando, previamente, sean declarados de urgencia, declaración que exigirá la mayoría simple de votos de los asistentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Art. 8. &lt;em&gt;Registro de las sesiones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;La persona que ostente la Secretaría del Consejo llevará un registro de actas en el que se consignará el lugar, día y hora de las sesiones, el nombre y apellidos de todos los asistentes, los asuntos sometidos a deliberación, así como los acuerdos adoptados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Art. 9. &lt;em&gt;Competencias.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;1. El/la presidente/a tendrá las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;a) Ostentar la representación del Consejo Local de Seguridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;b) Convocar, presidir, suspender y levantar las reuniones del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;2. El/la vicepresidente/a tendrá las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt; - Sustituir al Presidente en los casos de ausencia de este y colaborar en sus funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;3. Incumbe al/a la secretario/a del Consejo las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;a) Preparar los asuntos que hayan de servir al presidente para formar el orden del día de cada convocatoria y citar a las sesiones, en tiempo y forma, al resto de los miembros del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;b) Tomar acta de las reuniones para aprobarla en la siguiente reunión, si así corresponde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Art. 10. &lt;em&gt;De su disolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;El Consejo Local de Seguridad se constituye por tiempo indefinido. Sólo podrá disolverse por acuerdo del Pleno del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;DISPOSICIONES ADICIONALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Primera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;El Consejo Local de Seguridad podrá elaborar normas de régimen interno que complementen o desarrollen los preceptos de las presentes normas de funcionamiento, sin que, en ningún caso, puedan oponerse a las mismas o contravenir lo dispuesto en la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Segunda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Al comienzo de cada legislatura se designarán por los grupos políticos municipales los representantes de los mismos en el Consejo, comunicando dicha designación a la Secretaría del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta Ordenanza entrará en vigor en la forma y plazo previstos en los artículos 100 y siguientes de la Ley 20/2006, Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Islas Baleares de conformidad con los artículos 65.2 y 70.2 de la Ley 7/1985, que ha sido modificada por la Ley 11/1999, de 21 de abril. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN&amp;nbsp; DEROGATORIA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones contenidas en las ordenanzas municipales de Sant Josep de sa Talaia que contradigan esta Ordenanza.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
