    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;No habiendo sido posible las notificaciones de las resoluciones de los expedientes que a continuación se relacionan, instruidos en la Conselleria de Salud, Familia y Bienestar Social por infracciones a la normativa de consumo, por desconocimiento del domicilio actual de los sancionados o por no haberse podido localizar a los destinatarios, se transcribe a continuación la relación de sancionados y de las sanciones impuestas, a efectos de notificación, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre; haciéndoles saber que contra éstas podrán interponer Recurso Alzada, en el plazo de un mes, ante la Hble. Conseller de Salud, Familia y Bienestar Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Instrucciones para el pago del importe de la multa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;1º. - Si desean realizar el pago del importe de las sanciones, tienen a su disposición el Documento Unificado de Ingreso, junto con la Resolución del expediente, en la Unidad de Procedimiento Administrativo Sancionador de la Dirección General de Salud Pública y Consumo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;2º. - Para hacer efectivo el pago en el periodo voluntario el Reglamento General de Recaudación establece los siguientes plazos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;a) Las notificaciones entre los días 1 y 15 de cada mes, desde el día de la notificación, hasta el día 20 del mes siguiente o el hábil inmediatamente posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;b) Las notificaciones recibidas entre los días 16 y último de cada mes, desde la fecha de la notificación, hasta el 05 del segundo mes posterior o el hábil inmediatamente posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;3º. - El ingreso del importe de la multa habrá de ser efectuado a nombre de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, Conselleria de Salud , Familia y Bienestar Social, y adjuntar el documento de ingreso que figura en el expediente, en cualquiera de las entidades bancarias relacionadas a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;- Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad, &amp;quot;Sa Nostra&amp;quot;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;- Caixa de Pensions &amp;quot;La Caixa&amp;quot;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;- Banca March.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;- Banco de Crédito Balear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;- Banco Bilbao-Vizcaya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;4º. - Una vez efectuado el ingreso deber ser comunicado a esta Conselleria remitiendo fotocopia del documento de ingreso diligenciado por el Banco, a la dirección General de Salud Pública y Consumo, calle de Jesús, 38-A (07010) de Palma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
