 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D/Dª&amp;nbsp; ISABEL SUREDA SUREDA, Secretario/a Judicial del Juzgado de lo Social nº 001 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento EJECUCION DE TITULOS JUDICIALES 0000319 /2012 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª PEDRO ZUZAMA PORCEL contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; MONTAJES DE ANDAMIAJES ESGUE SL, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SSª&lt;/strong&gt; por ante mí el Secretario &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1º &lt;/strong&gt;Declarar extinguida la relación laboral que unía a PEDRO ZUZAMA PORCEL CON MONTAJES DE ANDAMIAJES ESGUE SL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2º &lt;/strong&gt;Acordar que se abone al trabajador la indemnización de 28.051,14 euros así como los salarios de tramitación dejados de percibir que hasta la fecha de la presente resolución se cuantifican en&amp;nbsp; euros 32.367,31.- euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3º &lt;/strong&gt;Adviértase al empresario condenado que deberá mantener en alta y con cotización a la Seguridad Social al trabajador hasta el día de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNARLA: mediante recurso de reposición a presentar en este Juzgado dentro de los tres DIAS hábiles siguientes al de recibirla, cuya sola interposición no suspenderá la ejecutividad de lo que se acuerda (artículo 186 LJS de la LJS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp; MONTAJES DE ANDAMIAJES ESGUE SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de La Comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
