&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Por acuerdo adoptado por el Ayuntamiento Pleno, en sesión ordinaria de fecha&amp;nbsp; 30-10-2012 se ha aprobado el Pliego de cláusulas para la contratación de las &lt;strong&gt;“Obras de construcción del IES SANT MARÇAL”&lt;/strong&gt; cuya parte dispositiva dice lo siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;1º&lt;/strong&gt;.-Aprobar el expediente &amp;nbsp;de contratación de las &lt;strong&gt;”Obras de construcción del IES Sant Marçal”&lt;/strong&gt; y conforme con el proyecto elaborado por los &amp;nbsp;Arquitectos Señores Guillem Quetglas Busquests y Tòfol Salas Cantarellas, los Ingenieros Señores Pere Tarancon Torres y Cristina Díaz Holgado, por el Ingeniero Tècnico D. Alfons González Galmés, por los &amp;nbsp;Arquitectos Tècnicos Señores Francisco González Valle, José Penadés Bernal y Damià Romaguera Planas, y por el Arquitecto calculista de la estructura D. Santiago Fiol Colomar y por el Ingeniero calculista de la demanda energètica D. Cristòfol Amengual Martorell, que asciende al total importe de &lt;strong&gt;4.759.883’41 euros iva exclòs,&lt;/strong&gt; y la apertura del procedimento de adjudicación, por via de urgencia, &amp;nbsp;mediante procedimento &amp;nbsp;abierto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2n.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar el Plec de Clàusules Administratives Particulars que ha de regir el procediment antes referido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3è.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar el gasto correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4t.-&lt;/strong&gt; Que prosiga el&amp;nbsp; expediente los tràmites reglamentarios oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Por eso se anuncia el mencionado acuerdo a los efectos de información pública, a fin de que durante el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;diez días naturales&lt;/strong&gt; a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación del correspondiente anuncio en el BOIB, puedan presentarse reclamaciones en el Registro General. Los mencionados pliegos quedarán expuestos en la Sección de Contratación de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
