 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dª&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; ELVIRA LABORDA ÁLVAREZ, SECRETARIO DEL JUZGADO DE INSTRUCCIÓN NÚMERO 2 DE IBIZA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOY FE Y TESTIMONIO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el Juicio de Faltas Inmediato nº 369/11 se ha dictado la presente Sentencia, que en su encabezamiento y fallo dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA: 00300/2012. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JUICIO DE FALTAS 369/11.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Ibiza, a 22 de octubre de 2.012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vistos por mí, José Espinosa Lozano, Magistrado-Juez del Juzgado de Instrucción número 2 de Ibiza, los presentes autos de Juicio de Faltas, registrados con el número 369/11, se dicta esta resolución en base a lo que se dirá, siendo denunciantes Dª Ángeles Pons Juan y Dª María Begoña Peña Arana, siendo denunciado D. Sebastián Contin Trillo Figueroa, siendo responsable civil subsidiario el Sr. John Emmanuel Ferreres Sintes, y siendo responsable civil directa la aseguradora “Allianz, S.A.”, asistida del Letrado Sr. Solera Daura, sustituido en el juicio por el Letrado Sr. Lorente Ramírez.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="margin-left: 127.5pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Absuelvo &lt;/strong&gt;a &lt;strong&gt;D. Sebastián Contin Trillo Figueroa, &lt;/strong&gt;respecto de responsabilidad penal por los hechos denunciados en su contra, con declaración de costas de oficio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A la firmeza de esta resolución podrán las denunciantes acudir a la &lt;strong&gt;jurisdicción civil&lt;/strong&gt;, en reclamación de sus derechos, pudiendo optar por solicitar de este Juzgado el dictamen de &lt;strong&gt;auto de cuantía líquida máxima&lt;/strong&gt; exigible a “&lt;strong&gt;Allianz, S.A.&lt;/strong&gt;”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presente resolución no es firme y contra la misma cabe interponer recurso de &lt;strong&gt;apelación&lt;/strong&gt; en ambos efectos en este Juzgado para ante la Audiencia Provincial de Palma, en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;5 días&lt;/strong&gt; desde su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que conste y sirva de notificación de Sentencia a &lt;strong&gt;JOHN EMMANUEL FERRERES SINTES&lt;/strong&gt;, actualmente en paradero desconocido, y su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de Baleares, expido la presente en Ibiza a 22 de octubre de 2.012. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;LA SECRETARIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
