&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Debido que no se ha podido notificar a los herederos de la sepultura nº 71 D. CALIXTO Y GUILLERMO RAMÓN ROSSELLÓ, la incoación del expediente cambio de titularidad de la sepultura nº 71, del cementerio municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se hace saber el contenido del informe del Secretario, de fecha 27-09-2012, que obra en el expediente y que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“CAMBIO TITULARIDAD SEPULTURA Nº 71&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I.- ANTECEDENTES.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Titular: CALIXTO RAMON COMAS&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; (fallecido 23-09-1966)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- HEREDEROS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;JUAN RAMON CABOT (fallecido)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;CALIXTO RAMON CABOT (fallecido)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ANTONIA RAMON CABOT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;CALIXTO RAMON ROSSELLÓ (paradero desconocido)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;GUILLERMO RAMON ROSSELLÓ (paradero desconocido)”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.- Dª. ANTONIA RAMON CABOT, en&amp;nbsp; fecha 21-07-2011, RGE&amp;nbsp; Nº 1360 Solicita cambio de titularidad de la mencionada sepultura, a nombre de ANTONIA RAMON CABOT Y MATEU PLANAS PONS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.- Los herederos de los herederos fallecidos, FRANCISCA MORRO CAMPANER (heredera de Juan Ramón Cabot), CALIXTO, BARBARA Y FRANCISCA RAMÓN COMAS, (herederos de Calixto Ramón Cabot) renuncian a su parte RGE 1295/2011 RGE 1238,1239, 1240/2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5.- Los herederos CALIXTO Y GUILLERMO RAMÓN ROSSELLÓ,&amp;nbsp; se encuentran en paradero desconocido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;II.-PROPUESTA DE RESOLUCIÓN.- Visto el expediente y los antecedentes no hay inconveniente legal en autorizar el cambio de nombre de la sepultura 71 a favor de&amp;nbsp; ANTONIA RAMON CABOT , MATEU PLANAS PONS, CALIXTO Y GUILLERMO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;RAMON ROSSELLÓ’.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se concede – ex articulo 84, de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, una plazo de 15 días hábiles, para&amp;nbsp; presentar las alegaciones oportunas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
