&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;No habiendo sido posible la notificación de la obligatoriedad de efectuar el pago del servicio prestado por autorizaciones según establece el título VIII de la Ley 11/1998, de 14 de diciembre, sobre Régimen específico de tasas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, a las empresas o personas más abajo relacionadas, se publica el presente anuncio para que surta efectos de notificación, de acuerdo con el art. 59.4 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de Noviembre de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.(Modificada por la Ley 4/1999).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Se les comunica que tienen que satisfacer estas tasas mediante ingreso en cualquier oficina de los siguientes Bancos: “Banco de Crédito Balear”, “Banco Bilbao-Vizcaya”, “Banca March”, “Caja de Pensiones (La Caixa)”, “Caja de Ahorros (Sa Nostra)”, utilizando el Documento Unificado de Ingreso que está a su disposición en la Conselleria de Salud, Família y Bienestar Social (Unidad de Gestión Económica), Plaza de España nº 9, de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Plazos para efectuar los ingresos (art. 20 Reglamento General de Recaudación):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Si esta publicación ha sido realizada entre los días 1 y 15 del mes, desde la fecha de publicación hasta el día 5 del mes siguiente o el hábil inmediato posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Si esta publicación ha sido realizada entre los días 16 y el último del mes, desde la fecha de publicación hasta el día 20 del mes siguiente, o el hábil inmediato posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Finalizado el plazo voluntario de pago sin que se haya efectuado el ingreso, el cobro se hará por la vía ejecutiva con los recargos que correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Contra estas liquidaciones, en el plazo de 15 días a contar desde el siguiente a la publicación, se puede formular, con carácter potestativo, recurso de reposición ante el Hble. Conseller de Salud, Familia y Bienestar Social o interponer directamente reclamación económica-administrativa ante la Junta Superior de Hacienda de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (art. 6 del Decreto 210/99 de 24 de septiembre, publicado en el BOIB número 124 Ext. de 4 de octubre), sin que ambos recursos se puedan interponer simultáneamente. Su interposición no suspende la ejecución del acto impugnado, excepto de los casos previstos legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
