&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Habiéndose intentado, por los medios legalmente establecidos, la notificación personal de las resoluciones de iniciación de expediente por infracción administrativa en materia de caza y pesca fluvial y no existiendo constancia en los expedientes de su recepción por las personas interesadas, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de les Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, por el presente anuncio, se pone en conocimiento de las personas que se indican a continuación, que se ha dictado Resolución de Iniciación de Expediente Sancionador por presunta infracción cometida en materia de caza y pesca fluvial, comunicándoles que de conformidad con el Reglamento del procedimiento a seguir por la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma en el Ejercicio de la Potestad Sancionadora, Decreto 14/1994, de 10 de febrero (BOCAIB núm. 21 de 17/02/94), disponen de quince días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio, para formular alegaciones y proponer las pruebas que consideren oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los expedientes se encuentran a su disposición en el Servicio de Caza del Departamento de Medio Ambiente del Consell de Mallorca, situado en calle General Riera, 111 de Palma de Mallorca, de 9 a 14 horas. Asimismo, podrán reconocer su responsabilidad y hacer efectiva la sanción correspondiente, a través del impreso normalizado (DUI) que le será facilitado en dicho servicio, poniendo así fin al procedimiento administrativo sancionador. En caso de no efectuar alegaciones ni reconocer su responsabilidad dentro del plazo legalmente establecido, la resolución de inicio podrá ser considerada Propuesta de Resolución del expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
