&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Conforme con el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, del regimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, y teniendo en cuenta que se desconoce el domicilio actual de las personas titulares o no han podido ser localizadas, mediante este anuncio se notifica a los afectados que se detallan a continuación la hoja de aprecio elaborada por el beneficiario en la cual se determina el justi-precio de los bienes y derechos afectados por el expediente UP 5/03 ‘Línea de alta tensión de 66 KV Valldurgent-Calviá 1-2, transformación a doble circuito Duplex Gull’, en el&amp;nbsp; término municipal de Calviá. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cumplimiento al artículo 30.2 de la Ley de expropiación forzosa de 16 de diciembre de 1954, disponen de un término de DIEZ DIAS contados desde el día siguiente de esta publicación para consultar la hoja de aprecio elaborada por el beneficiario y manifestar si la aceptan o la rehusan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para ello, se puede consultar el expediente a las dependencias del Servicio Jurídico de la Vicepresidencia Económica, de Promoción Empresarial i de Ocupación, ubicada en la plaza de Son Castelló, 1 (polígono de Son Castelló). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En caso de rechazo, tienen derecho a formular alegacions utilizando los métodos de valoración que estimen más adecuados, y a aportar las pruebas que consideren pertinentes para justificar esta valoración. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por otra parte, se les comunica que, en caso que no acepten el precio ofrecido, de acuerdo con el artículo 31 de la Ley de expropiación forzosa de 16 de diciembre de 1954, se enviará el expediente de justi-precio al Jurado Provincial de Expropiación, quien procederá a resolver sobre el justi-precio de los bienes y derechos objeto de la expropiación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
