&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de día 3 de febrero de 2012 se designaron los representantes de las Illes Balears en la Comisión Mixta de Transferencias del Estado a la Comunidad Autónoma, entre los cuales se nombró a la señora Maria Marqués Caldentey, entonces interventora general de la Comunidad Autónoma, vocal titular en el mencionado órgano colegiado estatutario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que se ha producido un relevo en la titularidad de la susodicha Intervención General y se ha nombrado para ocupar este cargo, mediante el Decreto 40/2012, de 11 de mayo, al señor Antonio F. Valdevieso Amengual, se considera oportuno que éste se incorpore a la nómina de integrantes de la citada Comisión Mixta, al tiempo que se realiza un ajuste en la composición del órgano colegiado en cuestión, de manera que el director general de Presupuestos y Financiación pasa a tener la condición de vocal titular y el interventor general pasa a ser el suplente del vicepresidente económico, de Promoción Empresarial y de Empleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por otra parte, también es procedente proponer al Pleno de la Comisión Mixta las personas que, en los supuestos de ausencia, de enfermedad o de vacante, como de cualquier otro impedimento temporal del secretario de este órgano colegiado estatutario, lo tendrán que sustituir en el ejercicio del cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por todo ello, &lt;/span&gt;el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta del consejero de Presidencia, en la sesión de día 28 de septiembre de 2012, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar el punto segundo del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de día 3 de febrero de 2012 por el que se designan los representantes de las Illes Balears en la Comisión Mixta de Transferencias del Estado a la Comunidad Autónoma, que queda redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“Segundo. Nombrar vocales en la Comisión Mixta de Transferencias, en representación de las Illes Balears, a las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
