&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atendiendo que no han podido tener efecto las notificaciones de las resoluciones de alcaldía a los titulares de los vehículos abandonados en la vía pública y en el depósito municipal de vehículos de acuerdo con los artículos 59.4 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, con el presente anuncio se comunica a las personas abajo relacionadas su contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;‘1r. Declarar abandonado y tratar como residuo sólido urbano los vehículos abajo reseñados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2n. Iniciar un procedimiento sancionador contra los titulares de los vehículos abajo reseñados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3r. Comunicar estas resoluciones a las personas interesadas y al Centro Autorizado de Tratamiento de Vehículos.’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;Contra esta resolución, de conformidad con el artículo 116 de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer, alternativamente, recurso de reposición potestativo ante el mismo órgano que lo dictó, en el plazo de un mes a contar del día siguiente al de la publicación de esta notificación en el BOIB, o recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca en el plazo de dos meses a contar del día siguiente a esta publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si opta por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, no podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. El plazo para interponer, en su caso, recurso contencioso administrativo, si ha optado por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, será de dos meses contados del día siguiente a la notificación de la resolución expresa del recurso de reposición. Si no hubiese resolución expresa, el plazo será de seis meses a contar de la fecha en que se entienda desestimado por silencio el recurso de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Todo esto sin perjuicio que pueda ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
