RAFAEL LIZÁN RUFILANCHAS, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Social nº 1 de CIUTADELLA DE MENORCA, &lt;strong&gt;HAGO SABER&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 199/2012 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido a instancia de JUAN MOLL MOLL contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; DAP CIUTADELLA SL sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado sentencia cuyo encabezamiento y fallo son del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Autos n° 199/12&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h2 style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;SENTENCIA Nº&amp;nbsp; 271/12&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; En Ciutadella, a nueve de octubre de dos mil doce.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 48pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;VISTO por mí, D. Sergio Martínez Pascual, M-Juez del Juzgado de lo Social n° 1 de Ciutadella, el presente Juicio tramitado con el nº 199/12, a instancia de D. Juan Moll Moll&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, asistido por la Lda. Sra. Borrás; contra la empresa “Dap Ciutadella, S.L”, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;sobre reclamación de cantidad.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;FALLO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 48pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Que estimando la demanda interpuesta a instancia de D. Juan Moll Moll&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, contra la empresa “Dap Ciutadella, S.L”, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;debo CONDENAR Y CONDENO a la referida demandada a abonar al actor la cantidad de 1.175,54 €.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; brutos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 48pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Igualmente, debo condenar y condeno a la demandada al pago de las costas del proceso, incluidos los honorarios, de 150 €., de la dirección letrada de&amp;nbsp; la parte demandante. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 48pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notifíquese la anterior sentencia a las partes interesadas, advirtiéndoles que contra la misma, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la LRJS, no cabe recurso de suplicación ante la Sala de lo Social del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 48pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Firme la resolución, procédase al archivo de las actuaciones, previa baja en el libro correspondiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así, por esta mi sentencia, definitivamente juzgado lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o de decreto cuando ponga fin al proceso o resuelva un incidente, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en forma a DAP CIUTADELLA SL, expido el presente para su publicación en el BOIB y fijación en el tablón de anuncios de este Juzgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En CIUTADELLA DE MENORCA, a dieciocho de octubre de dos mil doce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
