&lt;p style="margin-left: 7.1pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 59.4 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y habiendo sido intentada notificación individual sin que haya sido posible practicarla, se hace público lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 7.1pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de &amp;nbsp;Carbajosa de la Sagrada ha comenzado la incoación de expediente sobre abandono de vehículos, fundamentándose en el tiempo de permanencia estacionados en la vía pública y en el estado de conservación de los mismos, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 71.1 y concordantes del Real Decreto Legislativo 339/1990, de 2 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto articulado de la Ley de Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad Vial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 7.1pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Habiendo intentado su notificación a los que figuran como propietarios en la base de datos de la &amp;nbsp;Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico y que se relacionan a continuación, se procede a notificar mediante edicto. Para que no se continúe con la tramitación del expediente, el titular o propietario deberá retirar de la vía el correspondiente vehículo, o en su caso aportar, en el plazo de quince días desde su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Sevilla, &amp;nbsp;fotocopia &amp;nbsp;de &amp;nbsp;los&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;siguientes&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;documentos: permiso &amp;nbsp;de &amp;nbsp;circulación, &amp;nbsp;tarjeta &amp;nbsp;de inspección técnica con &amp;nbsp;ITV pasada, seguro obligatorio al corriente de pago, fotocopia del DNI y último recibo pagado del impuesto de vehículos de tracción mecánica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 7.1pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Este Ayuntamiento podrá proceder, si el obligado a ello no lo hiciera, a la retirada del vehículo de la vía y su traslado hasta el depósito municipal de vehículos o dependencias habilitadas a tal efecto, devengándose en ese caso las tasas correspondientes recogidas en las Ordenanzas Municipales, a cuyo pago estará obligado el titular o propietario del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 7.1pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Igualmente, en caso de no retirar de la vía el vehículo ni aportar la documentación requerida en el plazo señalado, se podrá continuar la &amp;nbsp;tramitación &amp;nbsp;del &amp;nbsp;expediente &amp;nbsp;sobre &amp;nbsp;abandono &amp;nbsp;de &amp;nbsp;vehículo, &amp;nbsp;informando &amp;nbsp;que &amp;nbsp;este hecho podrá ser considerado como abandono de residuos sólidos en vía pública, que podría ser sancionado con multa de 600 a 30.000 euros, de conformidad con el artículo 35.1.b) de la Ley 10/1998, de 21 de abril, de Residuos y con las Ordenanzas Municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 7.1pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Lo que se hace público para conocimiento de los interesados, advirtiéndoles que los expedientes &amp;nbsp;obran en las dependencias de la Policía Local de Carbajosa de la Sagrada (Plaza del Ayuntamiento nº2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
