&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En uso de las atribuciones que me confieren los artículos 56.1 del Estatuto de Autonomía y 11 d de la Ley 4/2001, de 14 de marzo, del Gobierno de las Illes&amp;nbsp; Balears, según los cuales el Presidente nombra y separa a los miembros que deben formar el Gobierno, y en consonancia con las previsiones del Decreto 10/2011, de 18 de junio, del presidente de las Illes Balear, por el que se determina la composición del Gobierno y se establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dicto el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Se nombra al señor Martí Sansaloni Oliver consejero de Salud, Familia y Bienestar Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Este Decreto tiene efectos desde el momento de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;y una vez hecho efectivo el cese del señor&amp;nbsp; Martí Sansaloni Oliver como director general de Gestión Económica y Farmacia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Palma, 26 de octubre de 2012&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
