    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se hace público que contra el acuerdo adoptado por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en sesión ordinaria de fecha 3 de septiembre de 2012, donde se acordó&lt;/span&gt; la aprobación inicial de la modificación del presupuesto del Ayuntamiento de Binissalem correspondiente al ejercicio de 2012, no se ha presentado ninguna reclamación, por lo cual se le considera definitivamente aprobado. A continuación, conforme con aquello que dispone el artículo 169.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004 de 5 de marzo por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de les Haciendas Locales, se transcribe el resumen de los capítulos que lo integran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="clear: both"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra el mencionado/da acuerdo/resolución, pueden interponer potestativamente recurso de reposición, en el plazo de UN mes, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación de conformidad con lo que dispone la Ley. Contra la denegación expresa, en el plazo de DOS meses, podrán interponer recurso contencioso- administrativo ante el Tribunal que resulte competente. Contra la desestimación por silencio de dicho recurso de reposición, podrán interponer recurso contencioso- administrativo en el plazo de SEIS meses, contados a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Directamente podrán interponer, en la orden jurisdiccional, recurso contencioso- administrativo en el plazo de DOS meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación. Todo esto sin perjuicio de que puedan interponer cuántos otros recursos estimen procedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
