&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el decreto número 414 de 14 de mayo de 2012 mediante el cual se trataban como residuos sólidos urbanos a los siguientes vehículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Puesto que transcurrido el plazo no se ha presentado documentación al respecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Según la Ley 11/99 que modifica el RD Leg. 339/90 referente a la determinación del estado de abandono de los vehículos, que fija que ‘se presumirá racionalmente su abandono: b) cuando este estacionado por un plazo superior a un mes en el mismo sitio o presente desperfectos que hagan imposible su desplazamiento por sus propios medios o le falten las placas de matriculación’.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Según el articulo 3.b) de la Ley 10/98 de residuos, que establece que el vehiculo abandonado es un residuo sólido urbano, concediendo la competencia a las entidades locales para su gestión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En virtud de las atribuciones que me concede la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;He resuelto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Proceder a la descontaminación de los vehículos relacionados, según su condición de residuo sólido urbano. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lo manda y firma el Alcalde, Sr. Bartolomé Cifre Ochogavia, en Pollença, delante de mi la secretaria, día 28 de septiembre de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
