&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Habiendo resultada infructuosa la notificación de Comunicaciones de baja por percepción de salarios de tramitación , por carta certificada con acuse de recibo, a los sujetos responsables, se procede en forma y efectos previstos en el art. 59.5 de la Ley de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de 26 de Noviembre de 1.992 (BOE 27.11.92) a publicar la relación de beneficiarios de prestaciones/subsidios, a las que se les notifica la baja por percepción de salarios de tramitación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con los antecedentes existentes en esta Dirección Provincial, se procede a revisar su Prestación /Subsidio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Impugnado por Ud., el acuerdo extintivo de dicha relación laboral, se ha producido Acta de Conciliación o resolución Judicial que determina su derecho a percibir los correspondientes salarios de tramitación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo establecido en la letra a), del apartado 5, del Art. 209 del Texto Refundido de la Ley General de la Seguridad Social , aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1994, de 20 de Junio, en el supuesto indicado, debe causar baja en el derecho a prestaciones por desempleo reconocido, y deberá presentar en el plazo de 15 días siguientes a la notificación de esta comunicación nueva solicitud de prestaciones por desempleo para poder regularizar su situación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En este caso, el derecho le nacerá de acuerdo con las nuevas circunstancias al día siguiente de la finalización de dichos períodos de salarios de tramitación y se efectuará la regularización de las prestaciones percibidas y las nuevas a percibir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el caso de que, en la fecha indicada como de nacimiento del derecho, se encontrara Ud., en algún supuesto de incompatibilidad con el derecho a prestaciones, no se le reconocerán estas, considerándose lo percibido como cobro indebido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
