&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Atendiendo el escrito presentado en fecha 10.07.12, con registro de entrada número 10.929, por la entidad AGUAS D’ARTRUIX SA, en el que solicita autorización para el corte de suministro de agua, servicio que gestiona esta entidad, ante el impago de un recibo correspondiente a la facturación del PRIMER trimestre de 2012 del Sr. DAVID PORTELLA GOMEZ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Atendiendo que es potestad del Ayuntamiento la autorización para el corte de suministro de agua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;PRIMERO.- Ordenar la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears de los intentos de notificación practicada al Sr. DAVID PORTELLA GOMEZ, durante un plazo de 15 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;SEGUNDO.- Si transcurrido este plazo de exposición pública no se hubiese podido hacer efectivo por parte de la empresa concesionaria el pago de los recibos pendientes, esta Alcaldía autoriza a AGUAS D’ARTRUIX S.A. el corte de suministro de agua al Sr. DAVID PORTELLA GOMEZ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Ciutadella de Menorca, a 17 de septiembre de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
