&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Manacor, a 7 de abril de 2009&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Magistrado-Juez: Doña Martina Mora Torrens&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Objeto del juicio: Reclamación de cantidad derivada de contrato de arrendamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que DEBO ESTIMAR y ESTIMO íntegramente la demanda formulada por D. Bartolomé Quetglas Mesquida, Procurador de los Tribunales, en nombre y representación de D. BERNARDO FUSTER BLANCH contra D. OFRICH BOUJAMAA, y debo CONDENAR Y CONDENO al demandado OFRICH BOUJAMAA al pago al actor de la cantidad total de 3.606 EUROS, más los intereses legales devengados por dicha cantidad desde la presentación de la demanda hasta su completo pago, así como al pago de las costas procesales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución cabe interponer Recurso de Apelación, en el plazo máximo e improrrogable de cinco días, a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por ésta, mi Sentencia, la pronuncio, mando y firmo Dª. Martina Mora Torrens, Magistrado-Juez Titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia en Instrucción n° 2 de los de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de OFRlCH BOUJAMAA , se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;MANACOR, a ocho de septiembre de dos mil diez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
