Rafica Bahloul Biada el emplazamiento como posible interesada en el procedimiento ordinario 83/2012, del Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo núm. 1, relativo al recurso contencioso administrativo interpuesto por el Colegio Oficial de Guías de Turismo de les Illes Balears, contra las resoluciones de habilitación para ejercer la profesión de guía turístico de la Consejería de Turismo, fundamentadas en el reconocimiento de las calificaciones profesionales, se le notifica que en fecha 2 de julio de 2012 se dictó la siguiente notificación de emplazamiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Órgano judicial: Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo núm. 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;El Colegio Oficial de Guías de Turismo de les Illes Balears ha interpuesto, ante el órgano judicial, un recurso contencioso administrativo contra las resoluciones de habilitación para ejercer la profesión de guía turístico de la Consejería de Turismo, fundamentadas en el reconocimiento de las calificaciones profesionales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;En cumplimiento de la solicitud del órgano judicial, se ha acordado remitirle los expedientes administrativos correspondientes al recurso indicado, conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 48 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Así mismo, de acuerdo al artículo 49.1 de la Ley 29I1998, se le emplaza como posible interesada en el mantenimiento de la resolución impugnada para que, si lo encuentra conveniente, comparezca ante el órgano judicial en los autos señalados más arriba, en el plazo de nuevo días hábiles a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de esta comunicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
