&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notificación interesados decreto resolución nº 53 de fecha 4 de octubre de 2.012, de reparación de fachadas del edificio sito en la Calle Santa Lucia nº 5 trasera Racó de Santa Lucia nº 6&amp;nbsp; del Barrio de Sa Penya de Ibiza, con referencia catastral 4679405CD6047N&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presente publicación servirá de notificación a aquellos propietarios o titulares de derechos desconocidos o con domicilio desconocido y caso de no haberse podido&amp;nbsp; practicar una vez intentada, todo ello de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el art. 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre del Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento&amp;nbsp; Administrativo Común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En base a lo dispuesto por el artículo 61 de la Ley 30/92, se publica únicamente una breve indicación del contenido de la resolución, que se encuentra en las dependencias del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa, Plaza de España, nº 1,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 07800 Eivissa, Concejalía de Vivienda y Núcleo Histórico, donde los interesados o sus representantes debidamente acreditados, podrán comparecer, en el plazo de diez días, contados desde el día siguiente a la publicación del presente edicto en el Boletín Oficial de las islas Baleares, para el conocimiento íntegro del mencionado acto y constancia de tal conocimiento, en horario de 08,00 a 15,00 horas, de lunes a viernes, excepto festivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Asimismo, se advierte a los interesados que, de no comparecer en el mencionado plazo, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La anterior resolución pone fin a la vía administrativa, contra la cual se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante la Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento o bien directamente recurso Contencioso - Administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso - Administrativo, en conformidad con los arte. 8, 13 y 14 y la Disposición Transitoria Primera, de la Ley reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa - Administrativa 29/98, de 13 de julio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El plazo por interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición será de un mes contado desde el día siguiente a la notificación del acuerdo, en conformidad con el arte. 117 de la Ley 30/92 de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El plazo por interponer el recurso Contencioso - Administrativo será de dos meses, contados desde el día siguiente a aquel en qué tenga lugar la notificación de acuerdo, en conformidad con el artículo 46 de la citada ley. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si lo deseáis podréis ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que estimáis pertinente al amparo del Título VII de la Ley de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y Procedimiento Administrativo Común 30/92 de 26 de noviembre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lo que se notifica a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
