&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Habiéndose intentado, por los medios legalmente establecidos, la notificación personal de las propuestas de resolución de expedientes sancionadores en materia de industria, instruidos por la Dirección General de Industria y Energía , y teniendo en cuenta de que no hay constancia en los mismos de su recepción por parte de las personas interesadas, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, con esta publicación se notifica a las personas que se indican a continuación que se han dictado propuestas de resolución de expedientes sancionadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sanción:9.015,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las personas interesadas disponen de un plazo de quince (15) días hábiles, para ejercer su derecho a realizar las alegaciones que crean convenientes y a la audiencia en el procedimiento, así como a proponer pruebas durante el mismo plazo, especificando los medios de los que se pretendan valer, de acuerdo con el artículo 8.3 del Decreto 14/1994, de 10 de febrero,&amp;nbsp; por el que se aprueba el reglamento del procedimiento a seguir por la administración de la Comunidad Autónoma en el ejercicio de la potestad sancionadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el supuesto de no efectuarse alegaciones sobre el contenido de la propuesta de resolución en el plazo antes mencionado, el procedimiento podrá ser considerado&amp;nbsp; resolución siempre que contenga un pronunciamiento preciso sobre la responsabilidad imputada, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 8.4 del Decreto mencionado en el apartado anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los expedientes se hallan en la Vicepresidencia Económica, de Promoción Empresarial y de Ocupación, Dirección General de Industria y Energía, (Bastió den Sanoguera, 2, 07002 Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cualquier momento anterior a la resolución, si el interesado reconoce su responsabilidad, se podrá&amp;nbsp; resolver el procedimiento con la imposición, sin más, de la sanción que proceda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
