&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SENTENCIA 70/2012&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a 4 de mayo de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Magistrado-Juez: Doña Martina Mora Torrens&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Demandante: BANQUE PSA FINANCE SUCURSAL EN ESPAÑA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Abogado/a Don Carlos Roldán Brondo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Procurador/a: Doña Ana Díez Blano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Demandado: Don Alejandro Fernández Marcote y D. Francisco Fernández Galindo (en rebeldía)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Objeto del juicio: Reclamación de cantidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que DEBO ESTIMAR y ESTIMO íntegramente la demanda formulada por Dª. Ana Díez Blanco, Procurador de los Tribunales, en nombre y representación de BANQUE PSA FINANCE SUCURSAL EN ESPAÑA, contra D. ALEJANDRO FERNANDEZ MARCOTE y D. FRANCISCO FERNANDEZ GALINDO y debo CONDENAR Y CONDENO a los demandados solidariamente a que abone a la actora la cantidad de 8.038,77 euros, cantidad que devengara el interés legal del art. 1.108 CC desde la fecha de la demanda de juicio ordinario (9 de julio de 2010), más los intereses procesales del art. 576 LEC hasta su completo pago (al tipo de interés del 2% mensual), así como al pago de las costas procesales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución cabe interponer Recurso de Apelación, en el plazo máximo e improrrogable de VEINTE días, a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la presente resolución, previa consignación del depósito de 50 euros establecido en la DA 158 LOPJ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta, mi Sentencia, la pronuncio, mando y firmo Dª. Martina Mora Torrens, Magistrado-Juez Titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia n°. 5 de Palma de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Publicación.- Leída y publicada que ha sido la anterior Sentencia por la Ilustre Juez que la dictó, constituida en audiencia pública en el mismo día de su fecha. Doy Fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de ALEJANDRO FERNANDEZ MARCOTE Y FRANCISCO FERNANDEZ GALINDO, se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
