&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Las notificaciones hechas por correo certificado, con aviso de recibo, no han tenido efecto y no se han podido hacer efectivas , por ignorarse el domicilio o no haber encontrado los interesados que se relacionan, por lo cual, se procede, en cumplimiento del establecido al artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que prevén los artículos 59.5 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se notifica a las personas relacionadas a continuación que se les ha formulado la Propuesta de Resolución de los expedientes sancionadores instruidos que se indican en el anexo del presente Edicto y se les comunica que tienen un plazo de quince días hábiles para formular alegaciones a la Propuesta en el &lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;Registro General del Ayuntamniento&lt;/span&gt;. Los expedientes están en las oficinas del Negociado de Sanciones (calle Canarias,35-1er de Eivissa). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
