&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en dicho tribunal y se tramita procedimiento de PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 0000167 /2008, a instancia de FRIGORIFIS DE L’EMPORDA SA contra BAUZA CRESPI CB en e1 que se ha dictado la siguiente reso1ucíón:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Inca, a 12 de febrero de 2010.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Jueza: Catalina Martorell Alomar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Juicio Ordinario 167/08 (derivado de Monitorio 334/07)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Demandante: FRIGORÍFICS DE L’EMPORDÀ S.A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Abogado: Víctor Sbert Gutiérrez Otero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Objeto del juicio: reclamación de Cantidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SE ACUERDA estimar la demanda formulada por la Procuradora Dña. Juana María Serra, en nombre y representación de PRIGORIPICS DE L’EMPORDA S.A. y en consecuencia, condenar a BAUZA CRESPI C.B. a pagar a la actora la cantidad de 1.7.239&amp;apos;83 euros, con imposición de costas a la parte demandada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Líbrese testimonio de la presente, el cual se llevara a los autos de su razón quedando el original en el presente libro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes haciéndoles saber que la misma no es firme y que contra la misma cabe interponer RECURSO DE APELACION en el plazo de CINCO DIAS contados desde el día siguiente al de su notificación y que deberá prepararse en este Juzgado para ante la Audiencia Provincial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para la interposición de dicho recurso es necesaria la constitución de deposito en la cuenta de depósitos y consignaciones del Juzgado de acuerdo con lo establecido en la disposición adicional decimoquinta de la LOPJ y por el importe previsto en tal norma, lo que deberá ser acreditado a la presentación del recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia la pronuncio, mando y firmo, CATALINA MARTORELL ALOMAR, Jueza del Juzgado de Primera Instancia n° 6 de Inca y su partido. Doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de D. JUAN CRESPI PASTOR , Se extiende la presente para que sirva de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
