&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 14 de septiembre de 2012, entre otros acordó, por unanimidad de los miembros presentes, aprobar las bases de la convocatoria de becas de estudios para el curso 2012/2013, que se trascriben a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;BASES DE LA CONVOCATORIA DE BECAS DE ESTUDIOS PARA EL CURSO 2012/2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Primera.- Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.1.- Esta convocatoria está destinada a estudiantes de estudios universitarios, de estudios técnicos superiores, de estudios de formación profesional, ciclos de grado medio y grado superior o de cualquier enseñanza reglada que se tenga que hacer fuera de las Pitiusas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.2.- En el caso de estudios de formación profesional, ciclos de grado medio y grado superior u otras enseñanzas regladas no superiores se tendrá que dar también la condición de que no exista centro docente adecuado en las Pitiusas o que, aunque exista, no se haya obtenido plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segunda.- Dotación económica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.1.- Para las ayudas objeto de esta convocatoria se destinará la cantidad máxima de 25.500€, con cargo a la partida 322.480.04 del ejercicio presupuestario del año 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.2.- La concesión de becas será competencia de las regidorías de Juventud y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.3.- Se otorgará una beca a la excelencia académica universitaria de 500€ y el resto de becas serán de una cuantía máxima de 300€ cada una. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tercera.- Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se pueden acoger a esta convocatoria las personas que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.1.- Estar empadronados en el municipio de Santa Eulària des Riu con una antigüedad mínima de 3 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.2.- Estar matriculados como mínimo de 4 asignaturas o de 38 créditos para aquellos estudiantes que estén acabando sus estudios. En el caso de doble matrícula se tendrán que presentar las dos para poder obtener la beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los estudiantes de grado (EEES) tendrán que estar matriculados a tiempo completo (60 créditos como mínimo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.3.- Tener 5 puntos, como mínimo, de nota media del total de asignaturas del curso anterior. (Criterios de baremación en el Anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.4.- Los solicitantes que se presenten como una unidad familiar independiente deberán acreditar medios económicos y de vivienda propios. (Declaración de la renta y documentación de una vivienda a su nombre o contrato de alquiler).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.5.- Tendrán prioridad aquellos alumnos que cursen una primera titulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.6.- No estar sometidos a ninguno de los supuestos de prohibición por ser beneficiarios de subvenciones establecidas en el artículo 10 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, en relación con el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.7.- No tener deudas con el Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.8.- Aquellas rentas familiares que superen los 60.000€ anuales no se admitirán a trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cuarta.- Plazo y lugar de presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.1.- El plazo para la presentación de solicitudes será de 30 días naturales a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de la publicación de estas bases en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.2.- Las solicitudes se presentarán en los registros generales de entrada del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu en las siguientes direcciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- C/ Mariano Riquer Wallis, 4 de 8:30 a 14:30 h. de lunes a viernes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Oficinas municipales de Puig d’en Valls, C/ Es Viver, 6 de 8:30 a 14:30 h. de lunes a viernes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- En las oficinas municipales de Jesús, C/ Faisán, 10 de 8:30 a 14:30 h. de lunes a viernes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.3.- Para información, orientación y recoger las bases pueden acudir al Centro de Información Juvenil del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu, C/ San Lorenzo, 16 (esquina C/ San Juan) Tel. 971 31 90 65, de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 14:00hrs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quinta.- Solicitud y documentación necesaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;IMPORTANTE: Toda la documentación presentada deberá estar debidamente compulsada o, en todo caso, se podrá presentar fotocopia y original para compulsarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5.1.- Las solicitudes se formularán mediante modelo de instancia debidamente cumplimentado&amp;nbsp; que será facilitado por el Ayuntamiento (Modelo anexo I)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5.2.- Documentación que se debe adjuntar al solicitar la subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Fotocopia del DNI del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Fotocopia del libro de familia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Fotocopia de la declaración de la renta del año 2011 de todas las personas que conviven en el mismo domicilio y que sean mayores de 16 años y en caso de no haber hecho la declaración de la renta, certificado expedido por la Agencia Tributaria de la no obligación de hacerla. En caso de divorcio o separación, presentar la documentación que así lo acredite (sentencia o resolución judicial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Fotocopia de la certificación académica de las notas del curso 2011/2012 o del último curso realizado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- En caso de haber realizado la selectividad, fotocopia de la certificación de las notas de selectividad o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Fotocopia de la certificación de matrícula del curso 2012/2013 de los estudios para los cuales se solicita la beca, con especificación de créditos o asignaturas. En el caso de los solicitantes que hagan 2 matrículas, una por cada cuatrimestre, podrán obtener la beca con carácter provisional y tendrán que presentar la segunda matrícula para obtener la beca definitivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Fotocopia de la matrícula de los hermanos/hermanas que también estudien fuera de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Fotocopia de la primera página de la libreta bancaria o número de cuenta corriente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sexta.- Régimen de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6.1.- La concesión de la subvención se llevará a cabo mediante el régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6.2.- Se establece como único medio de notificación de todos los actos de trámite del presente procedimiento de otorgamiento de las becas, el tablón de anuncios del Centro de Información Juvenil, el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento, el de las oficinas municipales de Jesús y Puig d’en Valls y la página web del Ayuntamiento (www.santaeulalia.net).&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Séptima.- Plazo para subsanar errores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de presentación y, a partir de 15 días, se expondrá la lista provisional de concesión de becas en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento, en el tablón de anuncios del Centro de Información Juvenil, y en los de las oficinas municipales de Jesús y Puig d’en Valls así como en la página web del Ayuntamiento. (www.santaeulalia.net). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si la solicitud y/o la documentación presentada tiene algún defecto, falta alguna documentación o se quieren hacer alegaciones, la persona interesada dispondrá de un plazo de 10 días naturales para subsanarlo y se advierte que, en el caso de no hacerlo, se considerará desestimada su petición, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 71.1 de la LRJ-PAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Finalizado este plazo se dictará resolución definitiva y se agotará la vía administrativa. La lista definitiva por orden alfabético se expondrá en los tablones de anuncios mencionados así como en la página web supliendo las notificaciones individuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Octava.- Funciones de la comisión evaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Son funciones de la comisión evaluadora:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Estudiar y evaluar las solicitudes de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Emitir las propuestas de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Cualquier otra que exija la aplicación de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Novena.- Criterios para la concesión de las becas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.1.- Las becas se concederán de acuerdo con los criterios a calificar por la comisión evaluadora según el anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.2.- La comisión estudiará todas las solicitudes presentadas y establecerá la puntuación para cada solicitud presentada y teniendo en cuenta los límites y mínimos establecidos en el anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.3.- La comisión estará autorizada para resolver las dudas que se presenten y para adoptar los acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden del proceso previsto en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.4.- De la partida presupuestaria destinada a estas bases de estudios se reservará el número de 5 becas para aquellas solicitudes que, aunque no lleguen a la puntuación académica mínima necesaria para recibir la beca, se considere según informe del Departamento de Servicios &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sociales que es justificada la concesión de la ayuda. En caso de no concederse se incluiran en la convocatoria general. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Décima.- Resolución definitiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La resolución definitiva será aprobada por la Junta de Gobierno Local, a propuesta de la comisión evaluadora en el plazo máximo de un mes, una vez acabados los correspondientes plazos de presentación de solicitudes y subsanación de errores. Esta resolución será publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de conformidad con el artículo 34 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005 del 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Onceava.- Régimen de infracciones y sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en estas bases dará lugar a aplicar el régimen de infracciones y sanciones establecidas en el título V del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, del 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, en todo aquello que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Doceava.- Publicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
