&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 59.5 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico&amp;nbsp; de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento&amp;nbsp; Administrativo Común, se hace pública la notificación de la propuesta de resolución y del trámite de audiencia de los expedientes sancionadores que se indican, de acuerdo con lo establecido en Reglamento de Procedimiento Sancionador en materia de Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad Vial (Real Decreto 320/1994, de 25 de febrero), dictados por el instructor del procedimiento, a las personas o entidades denunciadas que a continuación se relacionan porque habiéndose intentando por dos veces la notificación personal en el último domicilio conocido no se ha podido practicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A tales efectos, se comunica al interesado que dispone de un plazo de QUINCE DÍAS para que, con vista del expediente que obra en el Ayuntamiento de Muro, pueda alegar en trámite de audiencia lo que estime pertinente y presentar los documentos que tenga por oportuno, así como solicitar copia de los documentos que constan en el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
