&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;instrumento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;garantía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el cual se regula el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vista la Orden del consejero de Presidencia de 30 de julio de 2012 por la cual se regula el procedimiento de remisión telemática de los documentos que se deban inserir en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que la normativa antes mencionada supone la implementación de un nuevo procedimiento de remisión telemática de los documentos que den publicarse en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y que, entre otras cosas, comporta la creación de un registro automatitzado de autoridades y personal facultados para ordenar la inserción de textos en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto que el artículo 9.2 g) de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consells insulars, establece que corresponde al presidente de la corporación ordenar la publicación de las normas y de los acuerdos del Pleno en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que la letra k) del apartado primero del Decreto de Presidencia 102/2011, de 4 de julio (BOIB núm. 105, de 9 de julio), especifica que corresponde a los consejeros ejecutivos la atribución de ordenar la publicación de las resoluciones y los edictos relativos a las materias propias de los correspondientes departamentos, en publicaciones oficiales y otros medios de comunicación;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para agilizar la remisión de los acuerdos, edictos y anuncios en publicaciones oficiales y otros medios de comunicación;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/b&gt; Mantener la atribución a favor de los consejeros ejecutivos jefes de los respectivos departamentos que se recoge en la letra k) del apartado primero del Decreto de Presidencia 102/2011 de 4 de julio, relativo a la competencia para ordenar la publicación de las resoluciones y los edictos que se deriven sobre las materias propias de sus departamentos, en publicaciones oficiales y otros medios de comunicación social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/b&gt; Asignar la facultad de ordenar la publicación de los acuerdos y las normas de los órganos colegiados que se señalan a continuación, y los edictos que se deriven, en publicaciones oficiales y otros mediso de comunicación social, a las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-left: 0.64cm; margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. La persona que ocupe la secretaría del Pleno, la Comisión de Gobierno y el Consejo Ejecutivo, o aquella que legalmente la substituya, respecto de los acuerdos, normas y disposiciones aprobadas por estos órganos con la excepción que más abajo se dirá respecto de los acuerdos, norma, instrumentos y disposiciones dictados en materia de ordenación del territorio y urbanismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-left: 0.64cm; margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El jefe de sección de Urbanismo respecto de la publicación de los acuerdos, normas e instrumentos relativos al planeamiento urbanístico y territorial que adopte el Consell Insular sea cual sea el órgano colegiado competente para su aprobación. En caso de auséncia o enfermedad u otro impedimento el jefe de sección será substituido por el jefe de servicio del departamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;Disponer la publicación de este decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears a fin de que comience a vigir desde el mismo dia de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.2cm; margin-bottom: 0.2cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;QUART.-&lt;/b&gt; Dar cuenta al Consejo Ejecutivo y al Pleno en la próxima sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
