&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico&amp;nbsp; de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento&amp;nbsp; Administrativo Común, se hace pública notificación&amp;nbsp; de resolución de recursos de reposición interpuestos contra la resolución de expedientes sancionadores en materia de tráfico, circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad vial del Ayuntamiento de Campanet, a las personas o entidades denunciadas que a continuación se relacionan, por ignorarse su domicilio o porque habiéndose&amp;nbsp; intentando por dos veces la notificación en el último domicilio conocido, ésta no se ha podido practicar, siendo su contenido el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Esta Alcaldía en base a las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 82.6&amp;nbsp; de la Ley sobre Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad Vial (texto articulado aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 339/1990, de 2 de marzo), RESUELVE:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SUPUESTO A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1º.- Desestimar el recurso de reposición interpuesto contra la resolución sancionadora en materia de tráfico, circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad vial que se indica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2º.-Contra esta resolución podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante los Juzgados de lo contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de la notificación o publicación de esta resolución, sin perjuicio de poder interponer cualquier otro recurso que estime conveniente en defensa de sus derechos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3º.-La multa deberá hacerse efectiva, en el caso que no se hubiese pagado con anterioridad, dentro de los QUINCE DÍAS hábiles siguientes a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación o publicación de esta resolución. Transcurrido el plazo de pago sin que se haya satisfecho la multa correspondiente, su exacción se llevará a cabo por el procedimiento de apremio, lo que determinará la exigencia del recargo correspondiente y, en su caso, de los intereses de demora y de las costas que se produzcan (art. 90.2 Ley Sobre Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad Vial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4º.-El pago deberá efectuarse en la oficina de la Agencia Tributaria de las Islas Baleares, Pça. Major 24, Campanet , donde se le entregará un documento de ingreso para poder pagar en las entidades financieras colaboradoras (Banca March, Banc de Credit Balear, ‘Sa Nostra’ Caixa de Balears, Caixa d’Estalvis i Pensions de Barcelona y ‘Colonya’ Caixa de Pollença)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SUPUESTO B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1º-Estimar el recurso de reposición interpuesto contra la resolución sancionadora en materia de tráfico, circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad vial que se indica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2º.-Contra esta resolución podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante los Juzgados de lo contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de la notificación o publicación de esta resolución, sin perjuicio de poder interponer cualquier otro recurso que estime conveniente en defensa de sus derechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
