&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aprobado por acuerdo de Pleno de fecha 25 de septiembre de 2012, el proyecto de la concesión demanial de uso privativo del bien de dominio público del bar del teatro de Artà, así como los Pliegos de cláusulas administrativas particulares y prescripciones técnicas que deben regir la adjudicación del contrato, mediante procedimiento abierto, oferta económicamente más ventajosa, con varios criterios de adjudicación y someter el mencionado proyecto a información pública por plazo de 15 días hábiles, para que pueda examinarse y, en su caso, ser formuladas las alegaciones pertinentes, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 149 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, en concordancia con el artículo 50 de la Ley 30/1992.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Simultáneamente se dispone la apertura del procedimiento de adjudicación y publicar el anuncio de convocatoria de licitación del contrato &lt;a href="http://www.internostrum.com/insbil/index.php?lang=ca-es&amp;amp;palabra=BOIB"&gt;en&lt;/a&gt; el BOIB y en el tablón de anuncios municipal, concediendo un plazo de ocho días hábiles para presentar proposiciones, a contar desde el siguiente a la finalización del plazo de exposición pública del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. - Entidad &lt;a href="http://www.internostrum.com/insbil/index.php?lang=ca-es&amp;amp;palabra=adjudicadora"&gt;adjudicadora&lt;/a&gt;: Ayuntamiento de Artà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. - Objeto del contrato: Concesión demanial de uso privativo del bien de dominio público del bar del teatro de Artà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- Duración: Cuatro años prorrogable por cuatro más por mutuo acuerdo de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. - Tramitación, procedimiento y forma de adjudicación: Urgente, Abierto y Oferta económicamente más ventajosa con varios criterios de adjudicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5.- Presupuesto base de licitación: De acuerdo con los pliegos, el presupuesto de licitación es cero para los dos primeros años de vigencia del contrato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6.- Garantías: Definitiva: 5.510,75-€ (5% del valor del dominio público ocupado).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a).- Fecha límite de presentación: veintitrés días hábiles para presentar proposiciones, a contar desde el siguiente a la publicación del proyecto, en horario de apertura al público (de 9 a 13 h.). Si el último día del plazo fuera sábado o festivo, se entenderá que concluye el primer día hábil siguiente, a las 13 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
