&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo que se establece en el artículo 20 de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal que dispone las medidas para la protección de los datos personales, por parte de la Junta de Gobierno del Consorci per a la protecció de la legalitat urbanística en sòl rústic de l’illa de Menorca, reunida en sesión ordinaria de día 12.09.2012, se aprobó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Primero.- Los ficheros del CONSORCI PER A LA PROTECCIÓ DE LA LEGALITAT URBANÍSTICA EN SÒL RÚSTIC DE L’ILLA DE MENORCA serán los contenidos en los anexos de este Acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segundo.- Los ficheros incluidos en el ANEXO I de este Acuerdo, creados por disposiciones generales anteriores, se adaptarán a las descripciones contenidas en los apartados correspondientes del citado anexo, de acuerdo con aquello especificado en el art. 54.1 del Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley 15/1999.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tercero.- Los ficheros que se recojan en los anexos de este Acuerdo, se regirán por las disposiciones generales y instrucciones que se detallan para cada uno de ellos, y estarán sometidos, en todo caso, a las normas legales y reglamentarias de superior rango que les sean aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cuarto.- En cumplimiento del artículo 55 del Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley 15/1999, los ficheros serán notificados para su inscripción en el Registro General de Protección de Datos en el plazo de treinta días desde la publicación de este Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quinto.- El presente acuerdo entrará en vigor el día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
