    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.08cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Habiéndose intentado, por los medios legalmente establecidos, la notificación personal de las propuestas de resolución y resoluciones de expedientes por infracción administrativa en materia de incendios forestales y al no haber constancia en los expedientes de su recepción por las personas interesadas, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de les Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, por el presente anuncio se pone en conocimiento de las personas que se indican a continuación que la Dirección General de Medio Natural, Educación Ambiental y Cambio Climático de la Consejería de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio ha dictado propuestas de resolución y resoluciones de expediente sancionador por infracción cometida en materia de incendios forestales, comunicándoles que dicha resolución no pone fin a la vía administrativa y que contra la misma se podrá interponer recurso de alzada ante el Sr. consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.08cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 20 del Reglamento General de Recaudación, el plazo para efectuar el ingreso de la sanción será el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.08cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Las notificadas entre los días 1 y 15 de cada mes, desde la fecha de la publicación hasta el día 5 del mes siguiente o el inmediato hábil posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.08cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Las notificadas entre los días 16 y el último de cada mes, desde la fecha de publicación hasta el día 20 del mes siguiente o el inmediato hábil posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.08cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vez transcurrido el plazo anterior sin haber hecho efectivo el importe de la sanción, se procederá a su exacción por el procedimiento administrativo de apremio.El abono de las sanciones deberá efectuarse a través del impreso normalizado (DUI) que les será facilitado en la Dirección General de Medio Natural, Educación Ambiental y Cambio Climático de la Consejería de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio, situada en la Calle del Gremi de Corredors, 10 -1ª planta, Son Rossinyol, Palma, de 9 a 14 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
