&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Palma del 28 de julio de 2011 aprobó por unanimidad acelerar los trámites oportunos para proponer la declaración de la zona de “sa Gerreria” como zona de protección acústica especial o zona acústicamente contaminada.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Cumpliendo con el artículo 30.2 de la Ley 1/2007, de 16 de marzo, contra la Contaminación Acústica&lt;/span&gt; de las Illes Balears y el artículo 34.1.2 de la Ordenanza municipal para la protección del medio ambiente contra la contaminación por ruidos y vibraciones , de 19 de julio de 1995 (BOCAIB núm. 95, de 29 de julio de 1995, y sus modificaciones posteriores), y de acuerdo con la Ley 27/2006, de 18 de julio, por la que se regulan los Derechos de acceso a la información, de participación pública y de acceso a la justicia en materia de medio ambiente, &amp;nbsp;se abre el período de información pública por un plazo de UN MES, contado a partir del día siguiente de la publicación este anuncio, para que las personas físicas o jurídicas, las asociaciones, las entidades vecinales y las que estén interesadas formulen las observaciones que consideren &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;oportunas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Pueden presentar las observaciones o alegaciones en cualquiera de las oficinas de atención a la ciudadanía que se mencionan a continuación o en cualquiera de los lugares previstos en el artículo 38.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, mediante escrito por duplicado dirigido al Alcalde y en el que se cite el expediente COX 2011/73.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
