&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Fecha: siete de Marzo de dos mil doce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DECIDO: Declarar justificada por D. JUAN ANTONIO VALLES REYNES la reanudación del tracto sucesivo registral interrumpido, sobre la finca registral Nº 2934, inscrita en el Registro de la Propiedad n° 2 de Inca, al tomo 1022, libro 69 de A/aré, folio 43, y en el catastro como la parcela n° 102 del polígono n° 1 de Alaró y, acordar la inscripción de dicho dominio a su nombre en el Registro de la Propiedad en la forma que previene la legislación vigente, y en consecuencia mando cancelar la inscripción registral contradictoria vigente obrante en dicho Registro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese el presente Auto a las partes y al Ministerio Fiscal, haciéndoles saber que el mismo no es firme y que contra él cabe interponer recurso de apelación en el plazo de veinte días, con las particularidades de la regla quinta del Artículo 201 de la LH.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Firme que sea el presente auto y con testimonio literal, líbrese el correspondiente mandamiento al Registrador de la Propiedad n° 2 de Inca, a fin de que dicho testimonio sirva de titulo bastante para la inscripción solicitada; poniendo en las actuaciones certificación del mismo, inclúyase el presente auto en el Libro de Sentencias; y todo ello sin que la presente resolución impida la posterior incoación del juicio declarativo contradictorio por quien se considere perjudicado.-Así lo dispone, manda y firma, S.Sª, doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y, para que sirva de notificación a las personas que al final se indican se expide la presente en INCA a veinticuatro de Julio de dos mil doce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
