59303 ca 2026-10-29 2026-10-29 ca CAIB CAIB text/html ![CDATA[<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedents</span></strong></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per Resolució de la Presidència de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, de 15 de juliol de 2024, es van aprovar les Bases generals que regeixen els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari de l'administració especial de l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent a l'exercici de 2024 del Consell de Mallorca i de les ofertes d'ocupació pública corresponents als exercicis 2021 i 2023 de l'IMAS i les ofertes d'ocupació pública derivades del Pla estratègic per la reducció de la temporalitat de l'IMAS aprovat pel Consell Rector dia 15 de desembre de 2023 (BOIB núm. 94, de 18 de juliol de 2024).</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per Resolució de la Presidència de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, de 28 de novembre de 2024, es van aprovar la convocatòria, les bases específiques i el temari que han de regir el procés selectiu, mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició, per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari de l'escala d'Administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnic-a mitjà, especialitat Fisioteràpia, del subgrup A2, de l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent als exercicis 2023 i 2024 de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (BOIB núm. 155, de 28 de novembre de 2024).</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El 20 de juliol 2026, la Presidència de l'IMAS va dictar la Resolució per la qual es publica la relació de persones seleccionades i s'ofereixen els llocs de treball a les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu pel sistema de concurs oposició de l'escala d'Administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnic-a mitjà, especialitat Fisioteràpia, del subgrup A2, de l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent als exercicis 2023 i 2024 de l'IMAS. En data 14 de setembre de 2026 el Responsable del Servei de Selecció i Provisió I signà l'informe proposta d'adjudicació de lloc de treball de l'aspirant que han superat el procés selectiu per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari de l'escala d'Administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnic/a mitjà, especialitat Fisioteràpia, del subgrup A2, de l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent als exercicis 2023 i 2024 de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials i ho comunicà a la Coordinació del Servei de Gestió de Personal, en la qual informa:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>«De conformitat amb les bases 11 i 12.1 de l'Annex I de les Bases generals que regeixen aquest procés selectiu, s'han ofert a les persones aspirants proposades que manifestin l'ordre de prelació de tots els llocs de feina oferts, en el termini de vint dies naturals, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació i que presentin al registre electrònic de l'IMAS la documentació requerida a les bases.</em></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>Una vegada finalitzat el termini atorgat i revisada la documentació presentada, es dóna trasllat a la Coordinació del Servei de Gestió de Personal de Recursos Humans del següent: </em></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>1.
