&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El 30 d'agost de 2025, es va publicar la Resolució de la directora de Recursos Humans del Servei de Salut de 27 d'agost de 2025 per la qual s'aproven la convocatòria, les bases, les proves, els temaris i el barem de mèrits que han de regir els processos de selecció, pels sistemes d'accés lliure i de promoció interna i per la modalitat de concurs oposició, per cobrir les places vacants de personal estatutari fix de diferents categories professionals i especialitats dependents del Servei de Salut, com a desenvolupament de l'oferta d'ocupació pública per als anys 2023 y 2024 (BOIB núm. 115, de 30 d'agost de 2025). Aquest resolució fou objecte d'algunes correccions d'errors publicades en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 138, de 18 d'octubre de 2025 i BOIB núm. 154, de 20 de novembre de 2025).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, el 16 de desembre de 2025 es va publicar la Resolució de la directora de Recursos Humans del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 12 de desembre de 2025 per la qual s'ampliava el termini per presentar sol·licituds de participació de diferents processos de selecció convocats pels sistemes de accés lliure i promoció interna i per la modalitat de concurs-oposició per cobrir places vacants de personal estatutari fix de diferents categories professionals i especialitats dependents del Servei de Salut (BOIB núm. 165, de 16 de desembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El 26 de març de 2026 es va publicar la Resolució de la directora de Recursos Humans del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 23 de març de 2026 per la qual es designaven els membres del Tribunal Qualificador del concurs-oposició per cobrir les places vacants de personal estatutari fix de diferents categories professionals i especialitats dependents del Servei de Salut, com a desenvolupament de l'oferta d'ocupació pública pels anys 2023 i 2024 (BOIB núm. 39, de 26 de març de 2026). No obstant, els membres d'alguns d'aquests tribunals no poden realitzar les seves funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 29 de juliol de 2026 es va constituir el Tribunal de la categoria d'infermer/infermera. Les persones que ostenten la vocalia 6, tant titular com suplent, actualment no poden realitzar les seves funcions perquè hi concorre causa legal d'abstenció que es considera procedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 4 de setembre de 2026 es va constituir el Tribunal de la categoria grup tècnic/ tècnica de la funció administrativa. Les persones que ostenten la vocalia 3, tant titular com suplent, actualment no poden realitzar les seves funcions perquè hi concorre causa legal d'abstenció que es considera procedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El 31 de gener de 2026, es va publicar la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 29 de gener de 2026 per la qual s'aproven la convocatòria, les bases, el tribunal qualificador, la prova, el temari i el barem de mèrits que han regir el procés de selecció, pels sistemes d'accés lliure i promoció interna i per la modalitat de concurs-oposició, per cobrir les places vacants de personal estatutari fix de diferents categories professionals i especialitats dependents del Servei de Salut (BOIB núm. 15, de 31 de gener de 2025). Aquesta resolució fou objecto d'algunes correccions d'errors publicades en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 18, de 7 de febrer de 2026 i BOIB núm. 26, de 26 de febrer de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 29 de juliol de 2026 es va constituir el Tribunal de la categoria d'auxiliar de cuina. Les persones que ostenten la vocalia 2 i 3 titulars, actualment no poden realitzar les seves funcions perquè hi concorren causa legal d'abstenció que es considera procedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 10 de setembre de 2026 es va constituir el Tribunal de la categoria de terapeuta ocupacional. La persona que ostenta la vocalia 3 titular, actualment no pot realitzar les seves funcions perquè hi concorre causa legal d'abstenció que es considera procedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El 9 de juny de 2026 es va publicar la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 4 de juny de 2026 per la qual s'aproven la convocatòria, les bases, el tribunal qualificador, la prova, el temari i el barem de mèrits que han regir el procés de selecció, pels sistemes d'accés lliure i promoció interna i per la modalitat de concurs-oposició, per cobrir les places vacants de personal estatutari fix de diferents categories professionals i especialitats dependent del Servei de Salut (BOIB núm. 72, de 9 de juny de 2026). Aquesta resolució fou objecte d'algunes correccions d'errors publicades en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 78, de 20 de juny de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 17 de setembre de 2026 es va constituir el Tribunal de la categoria de grup de gestió de la funció administrativa. Les persones que ostenten la vocalia 1 titular, la presidència i la vocalia 4 suplents, actualment no poden realitzar les seves funcions perquè hi concorren legal d'abstenció que es considera procedent. Així mateix, procedeix esmenar l'errata tipogràfica detectada de la vocal 2 suplent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 24 de setembre de 2026 es va constituir el Tribunal de la categoria tècnic/tècnic especialista en documentació sanitària. La persona que ostenta la vocalia 2 titular, la presidència i la vocalia 3 suplents, actualment no poden realitzar les seves funcions perquè hi concorren causa legal d'abstenció que es considera procedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 6 d'octubre de 2026 es va constituir el Tribunal de la categoria tècnic/tècnica especialista en radioteràpia. La persona que ostenta la vocalia 1 titular actualment no pot realitzar les seves funcions perquè hi concorre causa legal de abstenció que es considera procedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Llei 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Llei 55/2003, de 16 de desembre, de l'estatut marc del personal estatutari dels serveis de salut, i les disposicions que la desenvolupen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Text Refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Modificar la composició de part dels tribunals qualificadors del concurs oposició per cobrir places vacants de personal estatutari fix de les categories d'infermer/infermera, grup tècnic de la funció administrativa, auxiliar de cuina, terapeuta ocupacional, grup gestió de la funció administrativa, tècnic/tècnica especialista en documentació sanitària i tècnic/tècnica especialista en radioteràpia, els integrants dels quals figuren a la Resolució de la directora de Recursos Humans de 23 de març de 2026 (BOIB núm. 39, de 26 de març de 2026), a la Resolució del director general de 29 de gener de 2026 (BOIB núm. 15/2025, de 31 de gener de 2026) i a la Resolució del director general de 4 de juny de 2026 (BOIB núm. 72/2026, de 9 de juny de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Designar les noves persones dels tribunals qualificadors esmentats en el punt anterior, en substitució de les que han presentat una causa d'abstenció legal, la relació dels quals figura en l'annex 1 d'aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Corregir les errates tipogràfiques corresponents al vocal número 2 suplent del Tribunal Qualificador de la categoria grup de gestió de la funció administrativa, publicada a l'annexo 3 de la Resolució del director general de 4 de juny de 2026 (BOIB núm. 72/2026, de 9 de juny).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Publicar aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, en el portal web del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears i a la Seu Electrònica de la CAIB.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució —que exhaureix la via administrativa— es pot interposar un recurs de reposició davant l'òrgan que la dicta en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la data de la publicació, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, en relació amb l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de publicació d'aquesta resolució, d'acord amb els articles 10 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, sens perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri procedent interposar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
